Last year I applied for the new connection of BSNL broadband. I had called on the customer care service number for installing connection as early as possible. They replied me very fast and within few days they had installed a new broadband connection at my home and they were provided me a free data plan for a month. 07 Jul 2015

Hello friends, my name is Alka Sharma and I belong to Mumbai. I got the internet connection of BSNL. When the technician installed it in my home, he told me for 520 kbps internet speed. But this is too slow. When I called to BSNL customer service center, nobody picked my phone. I am not happy with their worst service. 16 Jun 2015
