I am highly disappointed by the quality of service delivered by you and your company. Following are my complaints :
1. Vehicle was delivered to me in damaged condition. There are dent marks all over the body of vehicle and this will require repainting.
2. Vehicle was delivered 1 week later than the scheduled time of delivery.
3. You and all of your staff were highly unresponsive and irresponsible throughout the process and did not attend my calls or messages.
4. Despite of the promise of door to door service I had to arrange transport vehicle and had to pay Rs 1000 over and above the fees of 4800 already paid to you.
5. The quality of packaging was pathetic! Even I can do better packing than this professional packing done by you. When packing a vehicle cushions are provided under polypropylene sheets. The vehicle was packed just in poly propylene. I am sending the photos to you. Please reimburse Rs 1000 and the cost of repainting the vehicle!
