Chandigarh airport is the nearest airport. Currently there is NO airport in Mohali, so imagine how the Industrialists stay here who always need
to travel internationally. The biggest advantage is taken of Chandigarh, which is Mohali's
neighbor. AAAI has granted permission that soon there will be an airport at Mohali. Chandigarh is
well linked by air with other cities in India. The airport is situated 12 km from the City Centre. Indian
Airlines and Jet Airways connect Chandigarh with Delhi, Leh and Amritsar. Chandigarh is also
connected to Delhi by low cost airlines. Taxis are available for airport .
RAIL:
Again Railways are not actually in Mohali but in Chandigarh. Chandigarh railway station is located
08 km from the city centre in sector 17. The twice-daily Shatabdi Express to Delhi reach to
Chandigarh and one can then reach Mohali by road.
ROAD:
Many buses and autorickshaws are available from Chandigarh to Mohali.
