Dear Sir/madam I have buyed Lenovo Laptop on "1/1/2013" and has warranty upto "31/12/2013".I had a problem in my lap, when i try to cut (i.e ctrl X) using keyboard it is not working and it works when i try with using mouse pad.To whom i have to reach to resolve the problem and whether keyboard will be replaced by Lenovo service centre because still Warrantry applies to the laptop.Kindly provide contact number or where i have to reach to resolve the problem.Attached machine details:Product ID: 59357694Type-Model:2189-N/ASerial number: CB19503672 Warranty Start Date: 2013/01/01

I have given service of My Lenova Laptop i5 during the Jan'14 and subsequently i have given the same lap top for power jack replacement, hence you declare that your are Lenovo Authorised service centre.

Both service bill i have the origional.

After that i am facing lot of problem my laptop and given to my friend service centre, he was noticed that the origional Hard disk ( 612 MB) was stolen by your team.

I need your proper response for the same otherwise i will proceed for legal procedding against you.

Please revert back before this week end otherwise i will take consideration that you are agreed for legal procedding.
