Hello Sir/Madam, My name is Sahib Singh. I have bought 25 Liter Racold Eterno Vertical Geyser last week, for installing the geyser. I have called on Racold Water Heater customer care number. They told me that the technician will be reached at home in 2 working days. Racold technician has not arrived here, yet. Still I am waiting. Please install my Geyser as soon as possible. Hello Sir/Madam. My name is Ranjit Singh. I have a Heat Pump Water Heater of Racold. Some days ago, I faced some problem about water heating of pump. It was not working properly, so i called to customer care for service engineer. Next day, they sent a service engineer at my home. He repaired the Water Heater. Now it is working well. So fast customer care service of Racold.

Hello Sir/ Madam, I had bought two 250 liters soler water heaters from Racold 6 months ago. Now, its tank is leaking. The tanks has been replaced two times. I also called on customer care number of Racold. But they are refusing to replace tanks, while these are under the five year warranty. Please help me and solve my problem as soon as possible. Thanks.
