Hello, I am Hamida. I am using the banking services of SBBJ. I had a problem in downloading the form related to the account opening but that was not downloading so, i called the customer care executive. He told me step wise step and i did as he said. First time I opened the new account in state bank of Bikaner and Jaipur bank in Mumbai. They did not provide me the ATM card and check book. The customer service of this bank is not good and bank staff is too short. The bank ATM is not available in my area. I am very disappointed with their services. 05 Jun 2015
