My clients have a capital gain account in SBI branch. He wants to withdraw the amount before maturity for buying residential property. Bankers are insisting for IT officer sign and seal (Form G). But as per the capital gain scheme before maturity amount can be withdrawn by giving self-declaration (Form C).

Kindly attention the authorities, I made a payment to bescom on 23/3/16 for rupees 1179/- using my debit card number 4592000012824351, the amount is deducted from my account but it is not credited to paytm.com. Nor the amount is re credited into my SB account number. Please do the needful at the earliest hoping to hear from you with necessary action.

I have been trying to use my Debit card for an online transaction with Netteller but from the past 2 months the same gets declined and having checked the same from the Netteller team I am informed that there is an issue from the bank's end. Please update when will the same be resolved

My bank -Kaggalipura -21734, formerly SBH, is in total chaos AFTER The AMALGAMATION. Managers are changing almost every 2 weeks. Staff completely changed and no one seems to be working. Re-furbishing is on and the System hardly works, with customers hanging around helplessly. My pension A/C is in shambles. On7th Nov it took me 1 hr for the Life certificate. Today 29th I visited the bank after I received a call from the new Manager asking me where to send the Life certificate. It looks they seem to have lost or misplaced the PPO. I had to show my copy. Then they gave me an address and asked me to send the Life Certificate to the address by Post as a precautionary measure. I also found my OCT pension not yet credited. When questioned they said they will soon sort it out. Please let me know what remedial action you are taking. My A/c No. 520xxxxx705.

I got a call from ur kind branch staff available at sanjaynagar, bangalore that SBI is giving you a credit card which is pre-approved. Same I handed over the application for credit card, same is verified by Mr. Hanumanta twice in the month of Dec 17. At last when I track the application, it shows that my application is rejected by ur office stating that you are not meeting my policy. Please convey the reason for rejection of the application once it was pre-approved.
