Tata Sky is unable to put right SET TOP BOX NOT RECEIVING SIGNAL. Complaint reply from 08899888998 by SMS is THE TECHNICIAN IS ABOUT TO REACH MY HOUSE. Complaint made on 15 April 2015 at about 1000 hours. Kindly do the needful. TATA SKY ID-1101111118, Bangalore. Thank you.

After one month I received message stating that to recharge for monthly Rupees 450/. Then I contacted customer care and requested that to convert monthly subscription charges for Rupees 180/- only. He told me, he has changed the scheme for Rupees 180/- only per month in feature on 28-5-2015. I received message starting to recharge Rupees 364/- HD Access Fee Rupees (125) Telugu, (Rupees 0) Kannada, (Rupees 0) South Special, (Rupees 190) Active Fun learn, (Rupees 49).
