More than 25% breakage in Kajaria Vitrified Tiles purchased from Adarsh Marbles, Meerut

In April 2015, We had purchased around 1200 sq ft 2X2 kajaria tiles (6306) from Adarsh Marbles, Circular Road, Near Hanuman Chowk, Meerut Cantt, Meerut - 250001 (U.P.).

Mr Jain from Adarsh Marbles has told that that there might be 2-3% breakage in the tiles and could not exceed 5% in worst case but when we told him that the breakage is more than 25%, he told us that he will talk about this case with Kajaria and have someone from Kajaria visit our place to assess the breakage. We remind him every alternate day but he just kept on making false promises. Then we directly contacted the Kajaria sales office (Mr Sudhir) and he sent his associate (Mr Saurabh) for the assessment. Kajaria Associate told us that this breakage issue might be due to the transportation by the dealer (Adarsh Marbles) hence they might not be able to assist much but they will disscuss the issue with the dealer. For next 1 week, I kept on following up with them but they just kept on directing me to one another.

Overall my experience with Adarsh Marbles and Kajaria is very bad and I would recommend not to buy the tiles from Adarsh Marbles since he doesn't know how to transport the tiles and never own up the responsibility.
