Need assistance to confirm whether Cybage would be able to provide offshore IT remote infrastructure managed services to all our offices ? including US. Here is a brief description about the type of services required : IT support (e.g., Office 365 support, virus removal, PC questions, etc.). We are implementing Microsoft Intune across the organization and the suppliers should be proficient in managing it. Projected number of users would be 150 across all delivery location offices ? Bellevue, Pittsburgh.
