I do agree with Guna. I also have faced the same kind of problem. One of my friend made agreement for house construction with Anandan and ended up with lots of problems in execution and finally completed with spending double the cost of construction as mentioned in the agreement. Please beware of with Anandan, especially in signing projects for construction as a builder. 06 Aug 2015

It is true. I too suffered the same. Finally with lot of money waste i went with another architect. Dear All, pls be careful with Anandan.

Pls note that we have suffered to get the drawings. Initially he speaks well. But once he receives money he never bothers to respond to our phone calls/ email/ in person.
