I purchased your Apple iPhone 7 (Gold 32 GB) (order number OD110283562439818000) through Flipkart Internet Pvt Ltd Bangalore on 21/09/2017. It falls down and cracked display glass. I called for a service support (Case ID:100445097875) actually which is covered with your Glass protector and plastic cover also. I have given the same to your authorized service center at Ernakulam. But they are asking a charge of Rs.16400/- for the same. I can't understand what type of guarantee you are offering to the customers. In your advertisement shows your shielding glasses will cover all kind of damages. So I purchased that also. How can I get a guaranteed service on your product or replacement?
