what are the requirements for a new gas connection? is the amount different for one or two connections and how much is the amount?is the chulha compulsory?

Dear Singh My cooking gas connection is held with jo hukum Gas Agency, Lucknow Cantt. I am residing in Avas vikas virendavan yojna 2 sector IV near Kalandi Park I want to transfer my gas connection from jo hukum Gas agency to your agency You are requested to intimate all the procdure and also intimate home delivery facility is availale in your agency or notYours faithfully.(Gyan Prakash)19, Ompuri Colony opposite Kalandivan Park, Rae bareilly Road, Lucknow

I had applied for new gas connection in your agency i.e. Arunodaya Gas Service, Sadar cantt. Lucknow on 07.1.2013. Verification done within 15 days of submitting the application. But till date new connection not provided. On query it was told to give the connection between 05 to 10 March. But now giving the date of 15th of March. I am in a great need of gas connection. Sir 2cylinders were booked .. now problem is that money receipt has lost but the gas cons no or I'd receipt is with me .. so that the gas agency is not giving me the cylinder book ... Whyy
