Today i sent duly discharged F.D thru my driver with a request to transfer the due amount to my account with KOTAK MAHINDRA BANK, CHENNAI. I was surpised to hear that NEFT transfer can not be made and only draft will be issued and for that also they wanted either depositor to come personally or send another authority letter even when i told them that i am a senior citizen and difficult to come to branch personally. I think this is HARRASSMENT.
