Hi, my name is Monika Shukla, going to share the horrible experience with Bajaj Electricals. I never thought that the Bajaj Electricals has dealt such products to the customer. A past month ago, I had bought food processor, which was done work perfectly for a month but after that it's totally dead. Even I checked it to the technician, but no resolution was found. After using few days a problem occurred in the Transformer, sometimes it's worked properly and sometimes completely off. Website is OK. But Customer Care is in bad shape. Complain No. 2517624 dated 17-4-13 at 18601806722 not resolved till date (6-5-13). Contacted toll free number on 23-4-13, 28-4-13, 30-4-13. Nothing happened. They gave me Gurgaon mobile (09728791398)but nobody picks up. 06 May 2013
