in previous 6 months around 15 senior personnel resigned, the reason was not salary or exposure, but reason was attitude of boss mr. goyal towards employees. he also fired 4 in last 2 months including hr. how employees can resolve his ego problem? 15 May 2013

Boss is double faced, one side he request us saying "please" for working late,, on other side he get "please" back from employees during increments.
