Priyanka Stay Away from this company they are fraud and liars irresponsible owners and staff. I went to Bangkok from this company and I faced so many problems every day. Wrong hotel, no proper transfers, extra charges paid there for many things. Abuse and avoid if you call them. They just need money nothing else. 01 Dec 2015

Anamika I am writing this feedback for Switzerland trip which I experienced during whole journey. All the services were wonderful. This tour packages covered almost all the sightseeing which were mostly visited. The airport pick-up and drop, hotel transfers and city tour were excellent. Arpita arranged the most beautiful trip for us. All the hotels were wonderful. Check in and checkout, as well as car pick and drop off, went incredibly smooth. Customer service was excellent before the trip, and then during the trip, when we ran into significant flight delays and re-routing. We will definitely be traveling with you again. Before deciding on colorful vacations we have taken packages from various other travel agents and shortlisted the package best suited to us including hotel rooms and day to day itinerary.
We then sent this shortlisted package to all the travel agencies and asked for their quote to which Colorful Vacations quoted the least. 30 Apr 2015
kim What a wonderful time we had on the Treasures of Thailand tour. My partner even got to be the elephant mahout for a day. I celebrated my birthday on the tour and our guide Tajma had a cake locally baked to celebrate the occasion - delicious coconut cake. We will definitely travel with Friendly Planet again.
