Hello Sir/Madam, my name is Jatinder Singh. We have bought four batteries from your distributer. Two batteries are not getting charged. These batteries are totally dead. I have called to Exide Service Center. But they talked with me very rudely. I don't expect this kind of behavior from your employees. Please take a necessary action.

Hello Sir/Madam, I have bought a battery of Exide Company. It is not getting charged. I have called to Exide Service Center for service person. Service person came to my house and checked the battery and he has given a report, its two cells are bubbling and just because of the same it is giving problem. But they are not agreed to replace battery. I want to buy, productttery. It has five year warranty. Please suggest me solution. 25 Jun 2015
