I bought this shoe from D&A in Promenede mall, Delhi, India for Rs 14,000, in the month of October, 2014. This is from Conhpol, a shoe brand from Poland. In just first month, the heel got spoiled automatically (image shown below) and some cotton like material came out. Firstly the showroom people made me responsible for it, but when I told them about my working conditions, that I hardly step on the ground, and I have a white collar desk job, then they offered to fix it but not replace it. After around 3 weeks, they gave back the shoe by fixing additional rubber heel below it, spoiling the balancing level of both the shoes (Please note both). When I escalated it, they took back the pair and removed the original heel ends of both the shoes and fixed one local rubber heel, and maintained the ground level symmetry to the acceptable extent, though not perfect. But during this give and take, the rubber marks had already spoiled the brown color of the heel, with black spots. 15 Jun 2015
