Their telephonic representatives don't have any information about the reports. They will say that they would call back, which they never will and their online feedback form is perpetually out of service, so you can't even send a feedback to them 13 May 2013

My blood sample was collected on 8th May 2013, at 8 am with a promise that the results can be viewed on their website on the same day. However, after repeated follow-ups also it nearing a week now (13th May), and the reports are not available 13 May 2013
