I too face the same problem with EYE FAHION (RAMAPURAM). They do not value customers and the money we spend for a good which is necessary are not considered. Response is WORST. 12 Jul 2012

I don't know if he is an owner or working staff but the way he behaved do not seems like he never worried about who the customer is when we found that there is defect in the glass/frame that he gave. I suggest do not turn up to this shop for anything 12 Jul 2012

Nobody refer to this optical to anyone. it is very worst customer servies and no proper response in any defect.Quality is very poor and cost is very much high.Workers are not professionals, they are cheating and irresponse persons. 12 Jul 2012
