My name is Hrish Vasudev and i lived in Mohali. Last few day ago i visited at the ICICI bank of mohali branch. I am so glad to see the supportive staff of ICICI Bank. Frequently all the queries of customers solved by the staff of bank. They helped me to solve queries regarding credit card.

In Sector 34 Branch it has been noticed that the staff is untrained and useless who lack courtesy as to how to talk to customer. Business dealings are very poor. They neither issue a passbook nor provide a account statement.
