The customer support team of ICICI Prudential is so rubbish. I don't like because last week I called them to ask something about my policy. But the response was not good they told me that they could not tell anything about the policy then. This experience was so bad to me because I needed it that time. 16 Jun 2015

Hi,

I live in USA and having 2 ICICI prulife policies(14243902 and 14243296). Due to some money constraints I need to surrender the policy and get the refund of the money. As I spoke to few ICICI prulife representatives over the phone on Customer Service line: They said, I need to download authorization form and payout form from the website and fill the form and signed. As my wife is going to Kolkata, she can deposit all these papers along with one void cheque and self attested ID card(copy) and original documents of the Policy. But when my wife reached at Kolkata, the branch is denying to pay the money. Do you know why the customer service and branch is not consistent with each other. And why I need to go to India just get the payment?
