i attempted to book a railway ticket on 9.7.2013 thru internet banking.the Transaction ID for the same is 0716780798. The ticket could not be booked as the payment was not received from the bank.But the amount of Rs 3202.47 was debited from my account.It has been confirmed from IRCTC that the amount is not credited to their account.I request you to kindly take necessary action to credit the amount which was debited from my account.

Reg : IPIN for Internet transaction a/c no.6244949435. I regret state that I am not received IPIN for my above account till date I wish to state that IPIN application form was submitted on 24.08.2014 to your korattur branch and also received message on 1st sept and till date i am not received. Kindly send it immediately.
