The worst part of it is they speak only in Tamil and they enjoy others worries and none is there to help you though they are doing business with HPCL. It is for HPCL to see they have selected such an agency? Is it only to give trouble to customers? 12 Mar 2012

This the most worst gas agency i have ever seen. They are take months together to give me new connection. There is no responsible person in this agency. They will find fun in the customers anguish.
