Hi, I had 2 slip disc in T1/L1 and L3/L4 and was living with acute back pain for few years. I tried many medicines and therapies but none had long lasting effect.
Then I met Maher Yoga team ( Mr. Maluk Chand yoga master) who cured my pain in 4-5 sittings and now i am leading a healthy pain free happy Life.
