I have Maruti Ciaz ZDI car and I purchased this car last year. A few days ago, it created problems in its arc and music system. I went to Maruti Suzuki customer care center and told them my problem. They sent my car to Maruti Suzuki service center and told me that received your car after two days. But now five days are passed out but they did not deliver my car. I called them so many times, but every time they made no excuse. I am not satisfied with Maruti Suzuki customer care bad services. 02 Jul 2015

Hello Sir/Madam, I am Shreya Taneja. I have Swift Dzire VDI car. On the 10th of June 2015, I went to near Maruti Suzuki service center for service of my car. I was told that your car will be served within 2 days and it will be delivered you 12th of June 2015. I have visited at a service center, but they are saying that the car is not ready yet. I have also complained of Maruti Suzuki customer care number and they are told that your car will get you on the 13th of June. But still I have not got my car. Hello Sir/Madam, my name is Jatin Chopra. I have Maruti Suzuki Alto K10 car. I had bought it one year ago. Now its average is very low. It is giving just 11Km/L on city driving. I visited at near service center of Maruti Suzuki for checking. The service engineer told me that engine oil of car will be filled new. The engine oil of the car is changed and service done by them. But after month of service, I noticed that mileage of car did not grow up. I went again at service center. But they are ignored me and did not give proper response. I have also lodge complaint on Maruti Suzuki customer care number for bad service provide by service center. Please do needful as soon as possible. I am waiting for your response. 16 Jun 2015

Hello Sir/Madam, I during in a small accident my Maruti Alto 800 was damaged as the car has been insured by your, I took it to nearest service centre.
