I have the horrible and terrible experience with Mast Holiday customer care. I checked the company's website and I found the company gave some offers on tour packages. I booked a trip with my family online and paid whole payment through my internet banking. The company shows the price of the package is ten thousand rupees and they deducted fifteen thousand rupees. I called to Mast Holiday Customer Care and told them about my problem. The executive did not give me any appropriate answer to me. I am not satisfied and not happy with bad Mast Holiday Customer Care services. 08 Jul 2015
