Hi, I was called by Orra to buy substitute jewellery since the diamond ring I purchased a day back just fell off my finger in two pieces. I came back today and was told;
1. I can buy only diamond stuff not gold instead
2. No scheme would be applicable since it’s an exchange
After shouting a little both the conditions changed, I wouldn't recommend this brand Orra to anyone. 28 Apr 2017
