Aisha thakur I love it, I lost within 2 months 5 inches on tummy and slowly started losing from Arms and thighs which was my major issue. I have not had any of the side effects. I don't exceed the recommended fat intake per meal. Doctors and Dietitian are there to be as guidance about proper food and activities of day today apparently it is working.
