Hiring Ritu Packers Nagpur proved to be a BIG DISAPPOINTMENT and one of our GRAVEST MISTAKES . The owner vinay patel is a glib talker. He tricked us into a deal and then started harassing us. It has been three months since Ritu Packers nagpur took the goods to be transported from our premises and till date they have done nothing and our goods are still lying with them. The owner vinay patel refuses to even answer our calls. Also a few months back he had promised to deliver some goods to us at Bombay. He had promised to deliver the same in 2-3 days. He took some 12 days to deliver the goods even then, which was much more than the time commitment that he had made to us. Also all the goods were badly damaged and were soaked in rain water when they reached us. A few of the items went missing as well. We have completely been taken for a ride and feel cheated. We will never recommend Ritu Packers to anyone and advise everyone to stay away from the company.
