I have been getting test reports from Saraswati Charitable Diagnostic, Chandigarh for the last five years. From the last four months, Service is not quick. My son-in-law and daughter also feeling that the Lab Asst. neither comes in time nor the reports are received on stipulated date and time.It has happened for the first time.We have complete trust in the quality of the tests so we do not want to go any where for tests. We do not mind to wait for for sake of quality. However, if punctuality is maintained it would boost the popularity of the Centre. 31 Jan 2014
