It’s not a service center. First, you have to wait for 20-30 minutes as a lot of people must be queued up and 3 girls who are supposed to do the work are very lazy. After long wait, they will say that they have to send it to the company and will take minimum 25 days. I asked them what they do here. To which she replied that it is collected and they even suggested taking it to unseal plaza. These guys do not want to work. You take 2 minutes to buy an HTC phone and a lot of hassle to get the service done. Totally pissed off. I bought phone 2 months back and service is poor. Very slow in its service. Gave my phone two weeks ago and i yet haven't got it back, nor have i got any email from them about any progress made if any. never pick up the phone at their service centre. really disappointed! 05 Jul 2013

I have given you my mobile on 13th August. Still I am waiting from your confirmation mail regarding my phone that in how many days it will be repair while my HTC phone under warranty. So would you please tell me that how many days more you want? I am also calling you again and again but no one is there to pick a call.

And they even suggested to take it to ansal plaza. These guys do not want to work. You take 2 minutes to buy HTC phone and lot of hassle to get service done. Totally pissed off. I bought phone 2 months back and service is poor. HTC please give good and fast service and retain your customers. How can they say that it will go to ansal plaza without even touching my phone?
