Our experience was VERY BAD with them. We'd booked tempo traveler from Gurgaon to Lansdowne from 08/07/11 to 10/07/11, starting at 11:00pm. But at the stipulated time, they sent a 3rd party tempo traveler that got punctured thrice even BEFORE reaching our place. We tried to call them for more than 3 hours that night (till 2'o clock) for rearranging another one but with a totally IRRESPONSIBLE behavior, they did NOT attend our calls and next day simply said sorry.
What the hell their service was, they SPOILED our complete trip.
WE HAVE BEEN PROVIDED VERY BAD SERVICE. 12 Jul 2011
