My brother sent a parcel from Nashik through the Trackon Couriers before eight days ago, but still I do not receive any parcel. Then my brother contact with Trackon courier’s customer care and telling him docket number, but they have not given me any satisfied answer and the customer care agent no manner how to talk with a customer. It is one of the worst service providers . 09 May 2015

HORRIBLE SERVICE. THEY HAVE NO IDEA WHAT THEY R DOING.
NOBODY LIFTS D LANDLINE AND IF U CALL ON A CELL NO. ONE PERSON GIVES U ANOTHER PERSONS NO.
THEY HAVE ONE COMMON DIALOGUE WE R NOT IN THE OFFICE
VERY DIFFICULT TO TRACE YOUR PARCELS.
