I attended ITIL foundation training and took exam on 2nd day. I had great service experience. The trainer as excellent and staff were very co-operative. But the invigilator was very strict. But the two days preparation was really great and I scored great. 22 Dec 2014

Trainer: The trainer was very energetic with very good knowledge.

Facility: Its very apprachable.

Staff: Co-operative
