I am K JAYARAMAN AMFI Usually, I download the COMMON APPLICATION FORMS OF VARIOUS MUTUAL FUNDS, (HDFC, SBI, FRANKLIN TEMPLETON, to name a few), save & fill up the form on computer, & then take the PRINT OUT of the FILLED UP APPLICATION FORM. In your AXIS MUTUAL FUND case, I am able to download the form on computer. BUT I AM UNABLE TO FILL THE SAME ON COMPUTER, (TYPE THE TEXT). I understand that, your form is password protected / is available for restricted use. Please get back to me, as WHETHER IT IS POSSIBLE TO FILL UP ON THE COMPUTER? OR CAN YOU PROVIDE A PASSWORD FOR THE SAME? Awaiting your early clarifications, & thereby thanking you,
