X Com Infotech is a skilled service center, but the delivery time required to be integrated. A couple of weeks ago I gave the laptop to the X Com Infotech for fixing the problem and asked about the time of delivery. They told me that, it will take three days but lied. I got back laptop after two weeks. Bad timing otherwise all is good.

The experience with the X Com Infotech was amazing. Last month I went to the X Com Infotech to repair laptop's DVD Driver which could not be fixed by others. They repaired the DVD device within two hours in front of me. The service cost is also normal. I prefer X Com Infotech service center for best resolutions. 18 Jun 2015

I have a Dell Inspiron laptop. There were some problems created in the hard disk of my laptop. The hard disk was totally damaged. The engineer of Dell service center replaced the hard disk with a new one. But this hard disk works not properly, it also created problems. I called to Dell service center, they had me on hold and after few minutes disconnected my phone. I am very disappointed with their services. 16 Jun 2015

I have bought a new Dell laptop from X Com Infotech within one year manufacturing warranty. But, after four month laptop hard disk problem they do not work. I have contacted from Dell service center. They response me in good manner and replaced the hard disk which is defected my laptop. I really appreciate the Dell service is very good. I am satisfied for these services. 08 May 2015
