Axis Direct is the best bank and financial services provider company in India, but it is also true nobody can be perfect. The customer care service of the Axis Direct requires little improvement. Yesterday, I called two times at customer support service the bank, but all the times they were failed to understand the query. Bad Axis Direct Customer Care service.

I am very thankful for Customer Care of the Axis bank who helps me a lot. A week ago one of my friends suggested me net banking through which I can make payment and other banking activities online, but there was a problem of unawareness so I reached customer care and asked about the concerns.
