This is the worst tour operator I have ever known. I booked their Arunachal Tour starting on 19th October 2015 for my senior citizen parents based on some good reviews on their website (now I see that they have changed the web site) from the very beginning it was a case of mis management food was worst. The cook did not cooking. The manager was least supportive. Even they didn’t pay the room rent in a hotel in Bomdila. My father paid the entire amount and after that the hotel released them though it was refunded to us by the tour operator some days after arrival. They were put in fifth floor in a hotel that did not have lift and the restaurant was in ground floor. Diner was not served on the last day as they boarded the Garib Rath from Guwahati avoid at all cost.
