Very poor response and poor service by them. No prompt response. No transparency in billing. They are saying something and something else showing on their website. I will suggest not to purchase anything from them. Very bad experience!

It appears that by using my VISA Card Number 4786 7900 1486 7848 Rs. 988/- were debited with the impression that "DECLINE " by POS Machine.
Due to this my another Master Card Number 5267 0243 0013 4944 was used and payment of above three bills affected with the require amount Rs. 988/-,
I shall be glad if you please verify your records and arrange to refund me Rs, 1976/- (988 988), which were wrongly debited to my account due to some technical fault. I hope you will appreciate the situation and arrange refund me the amount.
