They told me that you have not booked appointment for service. But i already booked appointment on phone. So bad response from service center!

Hello Sir/Madam, I have purchased Tata Safari from Tata Motor Showroom Pune. I have just 30000 kilometer traveled on it. Now car engine has been seized. I went to Tata Safari Service Center for replace it, because its engine warranty is remaining now. But they service center's executives are not agreed to replace the engine. Please suggest me what can i do? Thanks
