I bought a chargble fan from royal images. But it is not working properly and I want to return the Item, bit no body was feeling responsible. I tried toll free no of royal images. The Lady who lifted the phone said that all are busy in their offic, and they will call u back.but no body called me.

i have purchase HCL ME Q120 handheld game on 21/7/13 but hand game was not working properly ,so the next day i called on call center they gave reply very rudely , icalled on service centre of HCL they also did the same andfinaly on 22nd i couier that gadget to aasaan pls refund money back(o.n425453)
