Hello everyone, it's Vishal Kumar from Mumbai and last month I booked two tickets of United Airlines from Mumbai to Atlanta. We reached the airport at the correct time, but the flight was late due to some staff problems. We have two luggages and when we went to climb on the United Airlines the customer care told us that there may be no more space for the luggage. So your luggage will be reached to you through our next flight. It's such rubbish I never expected this.

Last time I booked my parent's ticket from this airline, after a few times I received a call from the customer care that your tickets are booked. After visiting my parent, when they reached home, they started approaching United Airlines. I am very happy that time, because I saw the smiling face of my parents. The customer care service of United Airlines is awesome. Hi, it's Abhishek from Mumbai and I have to go Delhi for a company meeting. I booked a ticket on United Airlines; they send me the conformation after some time. The next day I got a call from the company that meeting was canceled, I am surprised to hear. Then quickly I called the Airlines customer care for ticket cancellation. They submit my request and committed that your amount is returned to you within a week. Thanks United Airlines.
