Sir, I am from Kothur 509228. I am having account in your Kothur branch; here the service is very worst. Cashier is a lady she is always busy in talking in phone and the helper is also a lady she is careless she don't even help the customers she will be busy in talking with some other persons and the person who issues debit cards he told me that they are not having cards right now within ten minutes he issued card to other person I asked him simply he is saving no cards then how you have given cards to them he can't able to answer my question. I opened my account on 17th of February 2017 till now they have not issued atm simply they are saying to come after one week this is the fourth time I am facing problem from your bank branch.

Complaint on Bank Staff of APGVB Ibrahimnamnager Dear CEO/Director, this complaint is regarding on APGVB Ibrahimnagar branch, The bank staff is not responding any queries of customers of the bank from last 6 months. They are not responsibility on customers issues and also not respecting the customers/peoples even though on women’s also. If anybody is went to bank and ask any information of their account or new account opening or anything the bank staff (manager, field officer, even clerk) don’t tell anything. Totally we are the people (who have accounts in this bank) not satisfy with the bank staff and service which you are providing. If you want to cancel my accounts we are ready to cancel my accounts and want to open in other bank even they are far from my village. Note: You people are not providing free service. Spending money in your bank and suffering with service quality is not fair for bank.
