Actress Nusrat Jahan gets married in Turkey, misses taking oath as MP
The first time MP Nusrat Jahan wedded businessman Nikhil Jain in a function in Turkey on Wednesday. Nusrat Jahan reported the marriage in a tweet on Thursday morning. Nusrat Jahan posted a photograph from the wedding and expressed: "Towards a joyfully ever after with Nikhil Jain". Nusrat Jahan and Nikhil Jain got hitched in the Turkish town Bodrum in the presence of close companions, family member, and relatives who prior came to the port town in Mugla area on the southern Aegean coast of Turkey. On June 16, Nusrat's parents and sister and other close relatives flew with her to Bodrum. The Bengali film star who challenged her first ever election in the 2019 Lok Sabha race from the Basirhat seat, won with an enormous edge. The Trinamool Congress MP, notwithstanding, missed taking the pledge as a Member of Parliament by the reason of wedding. Nusrat's associate and fellow first time MP Mimi Chakraborty was likewise in Turkey to attend the wedding. The recently married couple has arranged an occasion gathering function at a star property in Kolkata on July 4. An enormous number of Bengali film characters and political leaders are expected to attend the reception function.
