Adalah is a free human rights association and legal centre. Adalah meaning in Arabic is Justice.
Built up in November 1996, it attempts to provide advance and safeguard to the privileges of Palestinian Arab residents of Israel, 1.2 million individuals, or 20% of the populace, and in addition Palestinians living in the Occupied Palestinian Territory (OPT). NGO Award For Excellence in Achievement from the Welfare Association in the year of 2005 and Recognized Palestinian Civil Rights Award from the American-Arab Anti-Discrimination Committee. Adalah gives legal consultation for civil people, NGOs, and foundations. Adalah deliberately attempts to challenge the force relations in Israel from inside, through the Israeli lawful system. The organization also endeavours to impact Israeli open talk through media effort and battling. Adalah consistently takes an interest in Israeli and universal academic conferences.
