Service with Security. The Airports Authority of India is endowing the services adjoining oceanic areas, Indian airspace services and Air traffic management services. The Airports Authority of India manages 125 Airports that contains the Domestic Airports, International Airports, Customs Airports and Military Airfields. The Airports Authority of India provides night landing services with instrument landing system installations for 52 runways and provides automatic message switching system for 15 Airports. Performance Based Navigation services are used at Delhi Mumbai and Ahmedabad Airports. With the help of Indian Space Research Organization AAI implements the GAGAN project and this system used for navigation. In 2008, The Airports Authority of India completed the first part of technology demonstration system. The Airports Authority of India has four training institute such as National Institute of Aviation Management and Research (NIAMAR) at Delhi, The Civil Aviation Training College (CATC) at Allahabad and Fire Training Centers (FTC) at Delhi & Kolkata. Non-radar Procedural ATC Simulator equipment is provide for Hyderabad, Allahabad airport and Aerodrome Visual Simulator (AVS) for CATC. The Airports Authority of India is running Indian Navy, Indian Air Force, Indian Coast Guard and other private airfields for navigational aids. The Airports Authority of India is tied-up with Delhi, Bangalore, Mumbai, Hyderabad and Nagpur Airports to develop these airports. The Airports Authority of India provides various types of services like Development, Maintenance, Design, Modification, Construction, Control of the Indian airspace, provision of visual aids, good facilities for passengers, Air Navigation Services, IT Implementation, HRD Training Facilities etc.
