Anu Solar Customer Care Number

Respected sir, I am from Kerala, I had bought an Anu solar water heater on 20-05-2013 under MNRE scheme with the 5-year warranty from the dealer named sun and Light, Kozhikode, Kerala. In this September last week, I found the leak on the tank. When I contacted a dealer he said the dealership with the company was closed, he told me to contact the company directly. When I contact the Anu Solar company (email. service@anusolar.com), they demanded me the photograph of the leakage tank. Thus I sent photographs. After seeing the photograph the service person told me tank will be replaced due to the warranty period. He ask me Rs 4500/- the transportation and labor charge to the tank. I send the Rs 4500/ on 04/10/17. He told me that the tank will be replaced within ten working days. But I didn’t get any response till 26/10/17. Within this period I sent frequent emails concerning the delay of transportation but no reply from the company. The company will not send tank till date.

All the customer care phone numbers and Anu Solar have given do not work. With great difficulty after 20 days, I got one mobile number and the lady first disconnected the call. I kept on calling, then a lady spoke in a very soft voice and said that a service man will come to see the leaking tank on Monday morning, but no service man has come till now. Even the free service they claimed at the time of installation has not been done. My storage tank of 500 liters has been leaking for 20 days. I have wasted nearly Rs 50,000 on Anu Solar 500 liters heating junk system.

No respond to customers the worst service ever seen from the company. Customer care number is always busy and when a ring there is no response. Such companies should be filed case in consumer forums and appeal to all consumers to file cases against anu solar.

My RMN number is 8904827969, I am fed up of your service department. I bought a solar system from you just 3 years back and it has started leaking in the tank. (we use only Cauvery water). It is supposed to be free, but I have been asked to part with Rs.3100 for replacing your substandard item. I did that also on 16th November. Then I was promised it would come in 10 days. After 10 days, another 2days. Again 2 days once, twice, thrice, yesterday again 2 days and today phones is busy from 10:30 to 11:30. What type of customer care is this? Dear sir, I made a call to register my compliant for servicing/repair of solar water heater to mob No. 9742002525 (name not disclosed) and she gave me a mob No. 9986055429 to speak to Ms. Chandrakala or Augastine. I made a call to this mob no, but no response. Again I made a call to 9742002525 and expressed my difficulty in contacting these two persons. She has taken my mob no. and spoke something in a mild voice which I could not hear, before I ask to repeat her words, she disconnected. Now, my problem is, since i have already given my mob no. will someone attend or not. If they give proper answer to our calls, we can look for other alternative. Sir, I don't know why you people don’t take the call. I have complained to staff 1 month back of water leakage. He told me that he comes in two days till now he didn’t come.

Worst service, worst communication among the consumers. The amount was paid on 4th May 2016 to replace the tank that it was within wart period. Till now that is 2nd June 2016 the tank is not replace. If we are tried to contact them they will not pick the phone.

I have complained 3 months back that my solar storage tank is leaking. After a long time they came for inspection, they told the tank need to be changed and you need to pay 1950/- for a transport charge. I told them to bring the tank I will pay still now there is no any new. This is what you promise the customer for the service. This is the warranty you give your customer. This I will take to the consumer court.
