I am having a cooler of Avis Company, "Avis Sleep". It was making heavy noises for which I registered a complaint with your customer care executive on Wednesday, 5th July 2017. But none of the technicians of the company visited me. On various gentle reminders, he visited me on Monday, 10 July 2017 (after 5 days of registering complaint). And also the mechanic did nothing but charged me Rs300. I was very surprised to know that Avis Cooler spare parts are not available in market but could only be availed through you for which you are charging a huge cost which is much greater than that of the part. They are taking full advantage of this and fooling the customers with heavy repair costs. A blower is costing Rs 1800 and the total repair cost was told to me by the mechanic as Rs 3000. I just want to remind you that in this much cost a new cooler is available in the market. I'll not buy or recommend anybody else to buy any Avis product in future.
